Iri ni isomo ryoroheje rya métabolisme( imibereho n’imikurire y’ikinyabuzima),hano turibanda ku muntu. Ese wari uzi ko kwiyocosha inzara[ “kwiyiriza”,jeune/fasting] nibura rimwemu cyumweru ari umuti karemano urokora ubuzima bwawe?

Umubiri w’umuntu ni nk’uruganda (factory) rukomeye rukora akazi kenshi kandi rudasakuza,rutananduza ikirere, aho imirimo imwe n’imwe iba igomba guhagarara akanya gato kugira ngo rukomeze gukora neza.

Wari uzi ko inyamaswa nyinshi iyo zirwaye zirekeraho kurya (zifata ka konji) zikaruhuka bihagije, zikisubiranya neza, zigasubirana amagara mazima?

Wari uzi ko umurima uhingwa ugera aho ugakenera kurazwa (gufata ka konji) umwaka wose cyangwa myinshi ukongera kwisubiranya neza ukera neza kurushaho?

None se kuki twe abantu dukunda kwishyira hejuru ya kamere (nature) tukarya tukanywa ubutaruhuka no mu gihe turwaye,no mu gihe bitari ngombwa?

Muri ayo masaha 24 yose, ushobora gusa kunywa amazi atarimo ikindi kintu.Amazi afasha urwungano ngogozi kwisukura no kwivugurura muri uwo mwanya kuko yo adakeneye kugogorwa!Cyangwa nayo ukayihorera rwose!!

Burya turemwe mu buryo butangaje.Ibiryo turya/ibinyobwa tunywa byubaka umubiri, tukabyibuha, umubiri ukibikira ibizawugoboka mu bihe bibi[ibicece byo ku nda,amavuta yo ku itako n’amaboko,ikibuno,…ni ububiko bukomeye bw’ibinure (fat) n’amasukari byatunga umubiri iminsi myinshi atariye]

Kwiyiriza ubusa bifasha umubiri gukoresha ibinure nk’ingufu ( zo mu bwoko bwa energy) wabitse aho kugusaba isukari.Ibi bigabanya ibinure n’ibiro kurusha gukora siporo urya!Byongera cyane imikorere y’umubiri (metabolisme). Iyo urwungano ngogozi rufashe akaruhuko, rukoresha ingufu ( zo mu bwoko bwa calories)rwabitse .

Kwiyiriza ubusa bituma igifu n’amara(urura ruto,urura runini) bikora neza, bityo imikorere y’umubiri ikomeza kugenda neza. Biraruhuka, bikisukura.

Kwiyiriza ubusa bifasha ubwonko,byongera ubwenge!Ubwonko burekura ama proteyine yitwa facteur neurotrophique dérivé du cerveau (FNDC/BDNF mu cyongereza=brain-derived neurotrophic factor).

Ubushakashatsi bwerekanye ko iyo wiyiriza ubusa bifasha umusemburo karemano wa insuline (umusemburo uringaniza isukari mu mubiri) guhanahana neza amakuru n’uturemangingo mu gukura isukari nyinshi mu maraso, isukari yangiza uturemangingo kugera ubwo turwara diyabete,bigasaba guterwa insuline z’inkorano mu maraso.

Iyo mu gifu nta biryo birimo, bituma umubiri ugira imbaraga.Uruganda ngogozi rukoresha imbaraga nyinshi. Iyo utaremerewe mu gifu, kandi ubwonko buri gukora cyane bituma wita cyane ku bagukikije, ibigukijije, ugatekereza neza ku buzima.

Kwitoza kutarya,bitoza umubiri n’ubwonko kwihanganira inzara,ubwonko bubifata vuba. Nyuma yaho,uzajya ubasha kumara amasaha atanu ndetse atandatu utarumva inzara!!

Uwo mwitozo ukurinda “kuryagagura” (grignoter) bigafasha kuringaniza imisemburo ituma ugira inzara, kuko uko ugenda wiyiriza, ariko imisemburo igenda yiringaniza ku rugero nyarwo, bityo bikagufasha kuba wamara igihe kinini utararya,utarumva inzara!

Uruhu rusa neza,amavuta agafataho rwose kandi birwanya iminkanyari.

Niba ubishaka,tangira gufata umunsi umwe mu cyumweru umare amasaha 24 utariye utanyweye (keretse amazi yonyine atarimo ibindi bintu). Ariko ibi ntibireba abarwaye indwara zitabyihanganira! Kuri abo, ushobora gutangirira ku masaha 12 gusa, kugeza igihe uzabasha kumara 24. Abagore batwite, abonsa, n’abana bato cyane ibi ntibibareba!
