A father gives his angry son a hammer: Every time you get angry, hammer a nail into the fence. Days pass, and he learns to control himself. His father says: Now, pull out a nail every time you remain calm. Soon, the fence is empty, but covered in holes. You see, says the father, every angry word leaves a mark.
