After the agreement of April 25, 2025 where the United States made Rwanda and Congo DR sign a non-aggression pact in order to promote “security and economic development” among their populations! (You may read it again here), we are now talking about another historic meeting which was held in Doha, Qatar today, April 30, 2025. This big important meeting this time involved: (1) Qatar, (2) Congo DRC, (3) Rwanda, (4) Togo, (5) America (US) (6) France.

Conclusions:

(1) The conflict between the Congolese government and the M23 must end.

(2) The resolution adopted by the UN Security Council must be implemented immediately! [The cities of Goma and Bukavu and the airports of Kavumu and Goma must be returned to the State.]

(3) The implementation of all decisions taken at the EAC-SADC and Washington summits should not be postponed! They must be respected!

(4) The M23 and its supporting countries must cease hostilities immediately!

(5) The meeting thanked Qatar and the United States for their role in facilitating the talks and promoting lasting security.

I remind you that the two “warring” countries (Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo) will return to Washington to sign the peace agreement on May 2, 2025. It is expected that security will return after that date. Qatar resembles the second chamber of the United States. What the United States wants, Qatar wants.

Shortly before that meeting, on January 31, 2025, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al-Khulaifi, rushed to Rwanda to meet first with Paul Kagame, the media confirmed that he delivered to him a message from President Donald Trump of the United States of America and of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Everything that is being done is based on this.
