It was a lovely and blissful morning for my family as we were all getting prepared for my elder sister white wedding. She was finally getting married to the love of her life Joshua after their many years of distance relationship.

I could see the joy and sparkle in her eyes knowing she would soon be a Mrs. I could remember how she spoke lengthy with her groom on phone, they were both rehearsing their wedding vows. We were all happy for my elder sister because at last she is getting married at age 35 after being mocked severally by people.

Now when we got to church, there was an awkward look on the face of the pastor that was supposed to bless their marriage.He asked that the groom is supposed to be in church first even before the bride and he has been trying to reach him but it’s not going through.

We all started panicking most especially my elder sister…. I mean they just spoke not quite long and he told her he and his family were already close to church, so what is still keeping him on the way? Shortly after, my sister received a call from her would be husband but he wasn’t the one talking.A stranger told her that the owner of the phone has been involved in an accident and he died on the spot.

The stranger also described the place of the incidents for us and we quickly rushed there.On getting to the scene we discovered that the Joshua car that convey him and his groom’s men was smashed by a truck and none of them survived the accident.

We were all sad and broken, my elder sister refused to leave the accident scene, she was shouting at her groom to wake up so they could continue with the wedding. Some guys had to help us drag my sister away into our car so we could go home.

After that incidents, my elder sister was traumatized….. And she started acting abnormal calling on Joshua to come to her so they could complete their wedding.

It’s been five years since the incidence and she has still not let go, she is still putting on her wedding gown, hoping her groom would come back to her so they can complete their wedding and say their wedding vows.
